Hello, I'm Olivia, a working student from the States. I'm looking for a roommate to rent out two bedrooms in my house for 1000/month. The house is in Neerbosch-Oost, near the Nocturnestraat bus stop. One room is the master bedroom and it is 13.5 square meters and the other room is an office-like room that is 6 square meters and has a closet. There are two other rooms in the house that I use (one room is a music studio that could be used by you if you're into making music). The house has a pretty spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room, plus a backyard with covered bike parking, outdoor storage, and some workout equipment. I'm usually at my boyfriend's house, or working, or hanging with friends, so you would have the house to yourself a lot. The room can come with some furniture upon request.Now a bit about me. I'm an Arts and Culture student at the Radboud, as well as a music event organizer in Nijmegen. I love music, painting, nightlife, and summertime. I'm a vegetarian and I love to cook for people.I'm looking for one person to rent the two rooms. Definitely, someone who appreciates a clean and cozy home. I like to have open communication and wouldn't mind chilling from time to time. It would be nice to have another vegetarian/vegan (just so we can cook together sometimes), but that's not mandatory. The move-in date is around April 1st. The contract would be for one year, but there is a possibility of an extension. As mentioned before, the rent is 1000/month, including the two bedrooms, use of the house, and all utilities including wifi and parking.Does this sound like a good fit?
