for rent: Room in a quiet area in Purmerend. Near shopping center (7min.) and bus (4min). The bus takes you to metro 52 of Amsterdam in 17 minutes. The room is furnished and equipped with a bed, white cupboard and separate wardrobe, TV, small fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, 1 dolce gusto coffee maker and combi microwave. The room is equipped with coffee cups / drinking cups, glasses, plates, dishes, teapot and some cutlery. You share the bathroom in terms of shower and sink and the upstairs toilet. There is a mini washing machine in the bathroom that you can use. In principle, the room can be rented for a longer period (till July 31. 2023). The rental contract is offered until July 31, 2023. On the understanding that the landlady can dissolve the contract after 3 months if the tenant does not comply with the agreements. After July 31, 2023 extension can be discussed.The landlord and 2 dogs also live in the building.
