Hi everyone!As of August 19th a room will be free in a house in Purmerend. It's a bright bedroom of about 10.5m² on the second floor, unfurnished except for the white cabinet (as pictured) which you can use however you like. There is an extra walk-in closet that you'd share with a roomate with additional space for clothes and storage.The rent will be 440€ including utilities (g/w/e/wifi/trash&water tax).The shared spaces consist of a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine, and a garden.You'll be living with 3 other roomates, Dutch & international, all studying/working in Amsterdam. The house has a relaxed atmosphere with everyone doing their own thing. We don't have strict house rules but of course we want to keep the place clean and peaceful.There are two supermarkets, a Kruidvat, and more, all within a five minute walking distance.
