Hi :) I will be leaving my room located near Blaak and I am looking for a female tenant to take over the lease. The room is around 10 m2, has access to balcony, built in closet and a large bed with storage. You will be sharing the house with Sarah (28 Dutch & American) and Maud (21 Dutch). Both are working and are looking for someone who is also working full time and that would like to stay for a long term. The house is at 2 min walking distance from metro station Oostplein and tram stops. There are various cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Dirk and Albert Heijn are within a 3-minute walk and there is a Lidl within a 6 min walk. The apartment is located in the 1st floor and is divided into 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, a balcony and a spacious storage room in the basement. The common utilities include a washing machine, dryer and an oven/microwave. The pictures a bit outdated, I'll put new ones as soon as possible. Registration is possible. There's a cost of 175 E to adjust the contract, this only has to be paid once.
