Hi! I’m looking for a new housemate for the 1st of May (a few days earlier is also possible) for no fixed end date. Registration is possible.My name is Jonna (female) I'm Dutch (dus reageren in het Nederlands mag ook ;)), almost 28 years old and work full time. I am looking for a (preferably female) housemate who is in a similar stage of their life and also works. Preferably someone who does their own thing but also likes to do things together from time to time (like eating together or watching a movie).The room is 8.61 m2 but fits a bed, desk and closet (see picture), and has a big window with an amazing view. The apartment is located in Blaak close to the Markthal with a 3 minute walk to Station Blaak. The room is not furnished so you can bring your won stuff.The whole apartment is 90.6 m2 (see floorplan attached). You will be sharing the spacious living room and kitchen, a balcony, and the separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a storage room next to the kitchen where you can store some of your belongings. The living room is partly furnished as there is a couch (see picture), a table and some plants (but no chairs or TV yet).The room will be around €750 per month (including electricity, heath and water). On top of this there will be some additional costs for internet and local taxes. The deposit will be €1252.Little more info about myself:I have been living in Rotterdam for about two years and am now working as a sustainable investment analyst as my first serious job after college and am very passionate about sustainability . I like to play video games occasionally, enjoy drawing/painting, and recently took up thai boxing. I like to go out for drinks with people but also appreciate some alone time from time to time.
