The appartement is located in the heart of Kralingen Rotterdam. The big Kralingse Plas is literally 500m away. The Erasmus University is 5minutes away by bike. The metro is close and the tram even closer. This is one of the safest and nicest neighborhoods of Rotterdam. Filled with little restaurants and specialized shops.My brother and I are subrenting out this appartment for the next 4 months. The appartement which has 84m2 has three rooms, but we prefer to rent it out to only two people. It is located on the 1st floor of a fully renovated building from 1904. The building has some beautiful classic old details, but the piping, electricity, heather, wall isolation are all new.The walls have been freshly painted and the appartement is fully cleaned up. We are searching for tenants that will take good care of it and keep the appartment nice and tidy.There is a balcony, intercom, washing machine, toilet room and shower room.The rent is 850 EUR per person including utilities.
