Registration is possible!5 minutes walk from Rotterdam Centraal, multiple supermarkets and stores within a 10 minute walk (Eudokiaplein, etc). Kitchen, WC, washing machine & dryer, and living room on the first floor, yours (and mine) bedrooms, another WC and bathroom on the second floor. Deposit is EUR 1900, rent is EUR 950 excl. g/w/e. The landlord wishes for the new tenant to earn minimum EUR 3000 netto as in income requirement.The bedroom does come with a closet, the bed is also negotiable with the past tenant - everything else would be going away unfortunately.
