You will be sharing the 3 bhk apartment with 2 girls, both Indians currently pursuing masters in TU Delft. The apartment is fully furnished and it is less than 2 min walking distance to the nearest tram stop which connects Rotterdam in  20 min. Schiedam centrum station could be reached in less than 10 min by bike. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood surrounded mostly by families.The room is around 11 sq m and comes with a single bed, wardrobe, a table and a chair.Rent of the room is 683.34 ( excluding GWE).
