With Schiedam Centrum Train & Metro station only a 3-minute walk away and a bus stop right outside, you'll enjoy excellent transport connections.The available ground-floor bedroom overlooks the garden and comes with the added bonus of a separate, well-lit office space on the upper floor. You'll also have a private bathroom, located across the living room.Our apartment features three bedrooms and bathrooms, with the kitchen and living room as shared spaces. You'll be sharing the apartment with a young professional woman, and we're seeking advanced students or young professionals as roommates for a harmonious living environment.Costs breakdown: - Rent: 625€ per month - Utilities: approx. 100€ per month - Deposit: 1500€ (paid to leaving tenant) - Common room furniture fee: 200€ (paid to leaving tenant)Current tenants would also like to sell their room furniture, to be discussed later. Registration is possible, and you'll be in direct contact with the owner, as a new contract will be created among the three roommates.
