Hi all!I have a room available for a female for the next semester.The apartment is located at the border of Schiedam and Rotterdam in a residential neighborhood. It is the first street in Schiedam, the end of the street is already Rotterdam! It is a 5-7 walk to the Schiedam station, which takes you to Rotterdam in a few minutes. The room is not very big but it is a great apartment! The apartment will be shared with 1 other female who is 27 years old and works full time; me! I work from home 3 days and go to the office 2 days. I’m very social and easy going, I also like my peace so I won’t bother you too much I rented out the room for the first time last semester because of the housing problem in the city. It has been a great experience so I am planning to rent the room again this coming semester. Available immediately!The price will be around €750. This price includes EVERYTHING:- Room- All utilies, no restrictions on how long you can shower and how high the temperature is- 4x HelloFresh meal per week- Groceries, you can add them to the shopping list and I’ll get you whatever you want - Cleaning lady every other weekThis means your only costs would be transportation and whatever you spend outside. The office is for you too since I don’t use it, it can be used for studying or storage. No deposit or proof of income needed. Dates flexible, you can move whenever you want and stay for around 6 months maximum. Don’t want to commit too much sorry! Registration NOT possible I prefer renting out the room to someone who is coming here for an exchange/internship.
