Hi all!I have a room available for a female while I’m on vacation. The dates are 24 March - 24 April.The apartment is located at the border of Schiedam and Rotterdam in a residential neighborhood. It is the first street in Schiedam, the end of the street is already Rotterdam! It is a 5-7 walk to the Schiedam station, which takes you to Rotterdam in a few minutes. The room is my bedroom and it is around 15m2. The room has a king size bed which is very comfortable. It has its own balcony (not pictured) where you have the evening sun.I will be on vacation, but you will share the house with a 20 year old French girl who’s doing her internship in Rotterdam. She’s gone during the day as she’ll be working. She’s very friendly and easygoing. The room will be available March 24 - April 24. However, if you want to come earlier or stay a bit longer, please message me and I’ll see what we can do. The price will be around €750. This price includes EVERYTHING:- Room- All utilies, no restrictions on how long you can shower and how high the temperature is- 4x HelloFresh meal per week- I’ll make sure the fridge and pantry are fully stocked, you can use and eat whatever you wantThis means your only costs would be transportation and whatever you spend outside. The office is for you too since I don’t use it, it can be used for studying or storage. There is a washing machine and lots of detergent, so you can ofcourse do laundry.No deposit or proof of income needed.
