We live in a quiet place, 5 minutes walking distance from Tilburg Uni and 5 minutes by bike to Avans Hogeschool. There is an AH within walking distance, and it is a 5-minute bike ride to the Jumbo, Kruidvat, Hema, Action and more. The room is 6.5 m2, and therefore on the small side, a loft bed would be a good idea.
