House is in Kanaleneiland, Utrecht. It is 2.2Km from Utrecht Central. Connectivity with Utrecht Central and Science Park is very good. Bus stop is 50m from house, Nova Centrum mall with gym and grocery stores is 300m from house, Canal with parks is 300m from house. House is newly built with G+2 floors. Living room, kitchen and toilet are on ground floor. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms which are for rent. Bedroom is furnished with bed, matras, quilt, pillow, curtains, clothing rack, wardrobe, study table etc. Bedroom comes with lock for privacy.GWE upto 80 Euros per month is paid by me. More than this amount is to be shared. Generally during winters, due to more gas consumption, bills can go beyond 80 Euros per month.Internet price is included in rent. Registration is possible. Contract will be for period of 1 year initially with a diplomatic clause starting after 4months. Price for cleaning is not included in rent. A cleaner will come weekly or bi weekly to clean common areas of house. Cleaner cost per month is around 60 Euros per person.
