Hello! My name is Johanna and I’m from Sweden. This summer I will go back there in the months of July and August to return to Utrecht in September again. Therefore I am looking for a tenant those two months who would like to rent my room. The house itself can’t really be considered a nice property but my room, the location and the other tenants in the house make up for this. There are mostly Dutch students living here but one is American/Dutch and everyone speaks English. All nationalities are welcomed. My room gets a lot of sunlight and come with a couch, a bunk bed, dining table, your own freezer and fridge, and drawer. Plates and cooking utilities are shared. Supermarket just across the street and 5 min biking to central station, 10-15 min walking. City center 8 min biking, 15 min walking. If you are interested to rent then let me now, only serious people thanks! the deposit will be paid before the rental period starts so I know for sure the person is serious and will stay the whole time.
