HOUSE LAYOUTThere are 2 floors in the house. The shared kitchen and toilet is on the 1st floor. The available rooms and shared shower are situated on the 2nd floor.LOCATIONThe house is conveniently located close to 2 bus stops that connect you directly to the central station, city centre, IKEA and a shopping centre (winkelcentrum).There are 2 grocery stores (Boni and AH) nearby. ROOMS FOR RENTThe division of rooms is a great plus as it helped me divide my space into a living area and proper bedroom. There are 2 conditions for renting the room:1) The start of the rental period is the 1st of September2) You are willing to purchase the items left in the rooms (total asking price = 250€ (negotiable)). The list of the items can be found below. The pictures of the items are after the rooms'. They are essential items for a room and should make your move (and mine) easier. As I am moving to Germany, it is expensive to move all these items with me hence I am selling them.CULTURE OF THE HOUSEWe all like to have our own space but do try and plan hang-out sessions, dinners or go to watch a movie from time to time.
