Hi everyone! My roommate will be away for a few weeks (approximately 6-8 weeks - could even be longer) starting 8th December and I am looking to sublet his room. The apartment is in the neighbourhood of Lunetten and is 50m2. There are two big bedrooms (16m2 each - one of them will be occupied by me) alongwith a shared balcony, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and the total price is EUR 450 per month. Registration will not be possible.Viewing will of course be possible if you are shortlisted.
