WE WILL SELECT SOME PEOPLE FOR VIEWING ON Weekend| Room in Shared House| +/- 485 incl. | +/- 11-12m2 | Available 10 April (a bit sooner or later in consultation). Hi everyone! We are looking for someone to rent a room per mid-April. The room is cozy, has some build in shelves/mirror/table that can stay in the room (the bed with mattress is also new and the current tenant sells it for around 175 EUR if you wish to take over). The house itself is located in Buiten Wittevrouwen, which is a 5 min walk away from both the center and the Wilhelminapark. Shops and restaurants are close by, such as in the Nachtegaalstraat and the Biltstraat.You will be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, an extra small toilet and courtyard with me (26), working and studying part-time, Hannah (26) Dutch in her last phase of her Masters and working part-time. The ideal candidate would be in a similar phase in their life (i.e. just finished studying, working etc.). The preference would be for someone who is relatively quiet (we study and work mainly from home) and is willing to share in the cleaning of the house. In addition, we also ACCEPT PETS! (Yea, cats or a small dog). We are looking for a long term (more than a year) flatmate!
