| Room in Shared House| 685 incl. | +/- 28m2 | Available 1st of September(or earlier) - Viewing will be possible after 23rd August Hi everyone! We are looking for someone to rent a room for the 1st of September (or earlier if possible). The room is spacious, has a nice view of a green area in Utrecht and has an upper- and lower area. The house itself is located in Buiten Wittevrouwen, which is a 5 min walk away from both the center and the Wilhelminapark. Shops and restaurants are close by, such as in the Nachtegaalstraat and the Biltstraat.You will be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom and courtyard with me (27), Julia (35) and 1 lovely cat. The ideal candidate would be in a similar phase in their life (i.e. just finished studying, working, mature etc.). The preference would be for someone who is relatively quiet, respects privacy in the house and is willing to share in the cleaning of the house. Please note that we work a lot from Home. This is not a student house!
