Duration: Indefinitely Hello there!We are looking for a new housemate -from end of August or beginning of september 2023-. We would prefer a male housemate to keep the balance in the house. Internationals are welcome as well. We are Marta (24), Laura(26) & Teune (32). All of us are either in the last year of our studies or working full-time, therefore we would like to have a roommate who is preferably working full-time as well. This is definitely not a party house. Since we are all quite busy with work, we’re looking for someone who also can appreciate a quiet lifestyle and likes to keep things clean. Especially since the kitchen and everything is shared, it's important that everyone does their part to keep the house nice and social :)The rent is €545,- (incl. g/w/e and wifi) for the 13 m² room. The room has a lot of daylight due too the big windows. And is situated in a friendly neighborhood. And very close to the central station as well. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. We have one bathroom on the top floor and another toilet on the first floor.There is also a nice and quiet balcony that you can use to enjoy the lovely weather, whenever the sun shows up ;) We are planning on doing a viewing somewhere between 21-25 august. The exact date will be announced early enough so we can plan in time.
