Hello,Due to my travel plans next year I am looking for a calm lady to rent my house for a couple of months as mentioned in this advertisement. You are able to register yourself here during the months I am away.My studio is cosy, authentic, sunny and very quiet. The neighbourhood is green and there is a little canal at your window view. You can freely use my furniture and live as if it is your own home, but ofcourse with respect to the house and my furniture. There is a TV, good speakers, a desk to work and enough comfort to enjoy your stay. The city center is only 5 minutes away by bicycle and Amelisweerd, a beautiful green area is 15 minutes away.You will share a toilet and a shower with clean roommates with whom you make sure it is clean. Super fast Internet is available for a view euros a month.My landlord and I prefer a working lady, but if you can assure us that paying the rent won't be a problem we can discus this too.My return is not set by exact day yet, but it will for sure be the end of june.
