The apartment is located in a quiet street, only 4 minutes walking distance from the Laan Van Noi station, 10 minutes by bike to the center of The Hague, 15 minutes by bus to Scheveningen beach, and easily reach other cities such as Amsterdam or Rotterdam with a direct train. You will share the living room, kitchen/dining room, toilet and bathroom with 2 female tenants. Your bedroom is furnished with a bed (2 drawers under the bed) a wardrobe, a desk/shelf and an office chair. There is a sofa, a sidetable and a TV cabinet in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave/over, dish washer, fridge and freezer, induction hob with extractor and all necessary kitchenware, tableware and accessories. A Dyson vacuum cleaner and a new dryer/washing machine are also provided. Please note the following points:- Housing permit (huisvestingsvergunning) is not applicable.- Rent period: only July 2023.
