We have rooms available in our female holiday/transition guest house /hostel, Availability: 06 August 2023 to -30-08-2024.There are female students about 18-22 years old from French/ London, Netherlands, Sweden, and Italy, studying at Utrecht University. The price offered is for a stay of 365 days. There is the possibility to reserve a room directly. Our furnished accommodation with two well-equipped kitchens, two toilets, two showers, and one balcony. Shared facilities with a maximum of 5 female students. You may contact the owner directly. To avoid any scams the process of selection is as follows:Step 1: Extra information request through this platform.Step 2: Direct Contact / Interaction with the owner through phone/WhatsApp to know each other's expectations and to make an online viewing appointment.Step 3: Face-to-face appointment on the location to visit the room.Step 4: Confirmation of selections.Step 5: Reservation Step 6: Payment processing only through the banking channel. We are arranging to view on Monday and Tuesday mornings in the coming weeks, and shall make a selection on a first come first get basis!Please note, The price mentioned is for a stay of 12 months, however for shorter periods, the price will be recalculated according to the duration of the visit. The reservation is temporary and you may cancel it weekly, monthly or quarterly, however longer you live less you pay!The standard price of a private hostel room, furnished, linen, towels, kitchen, and laundry use is €54,- per day which is discounted up to 50% in case of a more extended stay of 12 months, 30% discount for 9 months and 20% for a stay of 6 months visa versa.A one-time administrative and furnishing price will be charged in case of the above-discounted price. There are no extra one-time costs for the normal hostel prices per day). Prices are including utilities, internet, towels, linen, coaching, 24-hour standby services the use of services(laundry, and use of kitchenwares, cleaning, etc ).Interesse in deze woning?
