The room is furnished and has its own sink.All residents are international master's students at Utrecht University.The building is pretty close to Utrecht Science Park (15 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by bus). Also, the neighborhood has many markets (Jumbo, Lidl, Aldi...) and shops (Action, Kruidvat...) nearby, accessible by bike or on foot.THIS ROOM IA ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENT 1 MONTH (15JUL-15 AUGUST).
