Preferably a PhD student or working person -SOMEONE BETWEEN 28-35 YEARS OLD-.About the room: the room has access to the terrace, 2 full-size closets, a double-size bed (without bed lining) and 2 nightstands.The house is fully furnished, however, if you have extra furniture, some things can be placed in storage.The house also has a terrace and a backyard, so it will be perfect for hanging out when good weather!Aswell there is a storage/ shed. I like to cook, hang out, for a session of board games and Netflix I’m down. Sharing a drink will always be welcome.Also for me, it’s essential that the person with that I’m going to share the space feels committed to it (regarding cleaning and keeping the space homely).If you have a pet (dog or cat) We can talk about it, I love them.The house is spacious (2 floors, the rooms are upstairs) registration is possible for a single person.Contact me with some information about yourself, and your phone number!-The room is available from April 1st (but dates can be discussed).-The rent does NOT include monthly expenses (gas, electricity, and internet-114 euros per month).-Next to the house, you will find 2 bus stops, direction to Leiden Centraal, and other towns around, biking takes about 20 min to the station. -There is a supermarket at 4 minute walking, and in the area, you can find LIDL and AH.Interesse in deze woning?
