Preferably a PhD student or working person -SOMEONE BETWEEN 28-35 YEARS OLD-.About the room: the room has access to the terrace, 2 full-size closets, a double-size bed (without bed lining) and 2 nightstands.The house is fully furnished, however, if you have extra furniture, some things can be placed in storage.The house also has a terrace and a backyard, so it will be perfect for hanging out when good weather!As well there is a storage/ shed. I like to cook and hang out. And I'm down for a session of board games and Netflix.
